GST (Goods and Services Tax)

In accordance with the GST guidelines, Active Twintech have registered for an Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST and have been issued the following: 4452 6321 358

From the 1st July 2000 Active Twintech will be issuing ‘Tax Invoices’ and ‘Adjustment Notes’ which will satisfy the new legislative requirements. These invoices will state our ABN, the GST exclusive amount, the GST component and the GST inclusive amount. We will also be complying with the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission (ACCC) guidelines with regard to pricing.

Return of Goods
Goods returned after 30 days may be refused at Active Twitches discretion. If goods are accepted, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Freight charged on the original invoice will not be credited on returned goods.

An RA# (return authorization number) must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned.

This RA# must be clearly written on shipping label, NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, and a copy of the original invoice must be supplied.

If an RA# can’t be identified Active Twintech will be unable to accept delivery.

Goods should be properly packaged for return as goods damaged in transit will not be accepted.

Active Twintech is unable to accept any returned goods that are not in their unmarked original packaging and in complete "as new" condition.

An RA# does not guarantee either credit or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to Active Twintech.

General Warranty Policy
We warranty all of our products as being new and in good order.

No warranty will be given on items installed on delivery or used.

Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Active Twintech's discretion.

Cost of returning goods to Active Twintech under warranty is the sender’s responsibility. Return of goods to the customer is at the expense of Active Twintech.

An RA# must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. Active Twintech will void warranty on any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered with by unauthorized personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void warranty.

Title

No property in or title to any products shall pass to the customer until the full price has been duly paid to and receipted in cleared funds by Active Twintech Ownership of products delivered by Active Twintech will only be transferred to the customer when all moneys owing to Active Twintech have been paid in full.
